Great combo for rockfish and lingcod
I bought 4 of these combos just for bottom fishing. I put 50lb braid and use 25 lb mono leader for fishing bottom fish off the oregon coast. last trip got a lingcod in the 15-20lb range.

Thank you for sharing your experience! It sounds like these combos are working great for your bottom fishing setup. Using 50 lb braid with a 25 lb mono leader is a solid setup, and it’s great to hear the combo handled a 15–20 lb lingcod off the Oregon coast.

We really appreciate you choosing our products and purchasing four combos. We hope they continue to perform well on your future trips!
