Returns Policy

Is Your Item Eligible for a Free Return?

To be eligible for a free return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Products must be related to a website order
  • Returned merchandise must be non-customized, unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
  • Ugly Stik does not offer returns on Ugly Stik products purchased outside of For products purchased from an authorized Ugly Stik dealer or reseller, their return policy applies and you should contact them directly for more information.
  • All returns must be processed through our returns portal within 30 days of the original purchase. Once approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be provided.
  • All returns must be dropped off at a UPS drop-off point. If you do not have access to a UPS drop-off point, you will be responsible for paying return shipping.

You will be notified by email when we have received your return. Once received, please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed. Times may increase during peak holiday periods. Refunds will be returned to the original form(s) of payment used for the purchase. Ugly Stik does not offer store credit or gift cards in exchange for returned products.

Any shipping costs or handling fees from the original website order are non-refundable.

Ugly Stik does not price match with dealers or competitors.


Shipping Your Return:

Please follow these guidelines to avoid issues with your return.

  • Pack your item securely to ensure there is no damage to the returned product during transit.
  • You may use the original product packaging or your own. Please make sure any labeling referencing old shipping information and tracking numbers is completely removed or covered.
  • Insert any related paperwork inside your box. You will be provided with a packing slip to include with your return. Please DO NOT write your order number directly on the product as this may disqualify you from receiving your refund.
  • Securely attach your return label to the package. You will receive your prepaid shipping label once you submit your return.
  • Ship your return based on the shipping label provided. We recommend retaining a copy of your drop-off receipt and tracking information for your records.
  • If you do not have access to a UPS drop-off location, or if you choose to use your own shipping provider, please include original order information number inside the box. Do NOT write directly on the product. We recommend selecting a service that allows for package tracking and keeping the tracking number for your records. Any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.
