10 Year Warranty on Ugly Stik® Rods

Ugly Stik® warrants to the original purchaser that its Ugly Stik® products are free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of ten (10) years from the date of purchase. This applies to either rods purchased separately or as a combo unit.

Ugly Stik® is not responsible for normal wear and tear, for products used commercially or for failures caused by accidents, abuse, alteration, modification, misuse or improper care. There are no other express warranties beyond the terms of this limited warranty.

Free & Easy Returns

All returns must be processed through our returns portal within 30 days of the original purchase. Once approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be provided. All returns must be dropped off at a UPS drop-off point. If you do not have access to a UPS drop-off point, you will be responsible for paying return shipping.

6 Years Later — Still My Go-To Rod, Love Ugly Stik!
I’ve owned my Ugly Stik GX2 6'6" for six years now, and it has been absolutely rock solid.
This rod has handled everything I’ve thrown at it — bass, pickerel, pike — and it’s never let me down. The durability is outstanding. It’s taken bumps, long casting sessions from shore, and plenty of fish fights without any issues.
What I appreciate most is the balance of strength and sensitivity. It’s tough enough to handle bigger fish, yet I can still feel subtle bites. For the price point, I honestly don’t think there’s a better rod on the market.
I’m so impressed that I’m about to buy more for my wife and adult kids. When you find something that works this well and lasts this long, you stick with it.
Ugly Stik makes some of the best rods for the money — high quality, reliable, and built to last. Highly recommended.

Excellent Quality and Reliability
I've purchased ugly stik rods for the last 20 years. I've never managed to break one. Only time I saw someone break one was my brother closing the tailgate on the rod tip. They last for years and are excellent quality.

Don’t buy
I bought two ugly sticks and they both broke same day. Don’t ever buy an ugly steak is a waste of money and I try to get a refund or a new rod and I was put on hold for 35 minutes.
