Ugly Stik® warrants to the original purchaser that its Ugly Stik® products are free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of ten (10) years from the date of purchase. This applies to either rods purchased separately or as a combo unit.

Ugly Stik® is not responsible for normal wear and tear, for products used commercially or for failures caused by accidents, abuse, alteration, modification, misuse or improper care. There are no other express warranties beyond the terms of this limited warranty.

All returns must be processed through our returns portal within 30 days of the original purchase. Once approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be provided. All returns must be dropped off at a UPS drop-off point. If you do not have access to a UPS drop-off point, you will be responsible for paying return shipping.

Super Strong
I've had the 12 foot Big Water for 6 years now and it hasn't let me down. I use it for surf fishing sharks, but I've caught large sting rays too. Here is a picture of me getting a sting ray unstuck from the same. I'm using all my force and the Big Water held up. I would definitely recommend the Ugly Stick big water to anyone who wants to fish for big fish but doesn't want to spend hundreds of dollars on a rod.

What a bend and held it….
Just got me a 10ft Big Water and that night and caught a good sized channel cat… What a bend…. Fun fight with that rod… (*hint seeking fishing sponsorship)
