Bought this 9 Ft combo with 7000 reel about 10 months ago and I really enjoy having it on my collection. Have caught some nice Yellow Fin Croakers on the surf and some spotted bass.
Still to take it on a boat trip for some rock fish fishing.
Currently I have 30 lb braid and it works beautifully.

I had an issue with the first one I ordered. No questioned asked they replaced it so I ordered a 2nd one. Use this for surf fishing on the gulf. Works great.

Exceeded my expectations! and was able to launch a 9 ounce crab snare, and the reel was very smooth as well, for 100 bucks its a steal!
