It’s a good rod but cheaply made I’ve had this for about 2 weeks it was brand new. Went out to the lake today and it snapped off when getting it out of the rod holder. Seriously disappointed I thought ugly stiks were supposed to be good

Rod proved itself against Canada Smallmouth. Reel is absolute junk. Have had two, and the bail would not flip over on either one. And the crank handle is very sloppy.

Bought this and the handle broke on my first fishing trip completely fell apart because of this the store i bought it from would not take it back now im stuck with this having to put more money into it

I sent an email and after several days I received a response asking to confirm something then they immediately sent a service rating. I tried to confirm what they were asking and haven’t heard back since. The issue was my reel handle literally fell apart for no apparent reason.
