    Defective, Poor Customer Service

    Since the day I bought this rod, the top section never sat correctly and would occasionally off. One day when casting, it entirely fell into the water and I lost the top section of the rod. I have tried reaching out to UglyStik's customer service for months about their "7 year warranty", or so they say, but they have not responded despite numerous emails. I would NOT recommend anyone buy this item.

    Fit perfectly in my suitcase at 21” broken down. Received in a timely manner and in excellent condition. İt is a gift so at this time this is all İ can say about it.
