Ugly Stik® warrants to the original purchaser that its Ugly Stik® products are free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of ten (10) years from the date of purchase. This applies to either rods purchased separately or as a combo unit.

Ugly Stik® is not responsible for normal wear and tear, for products used commercially or for failures caused by accidents, abuse, alteration, modification, misuse or improper care. There are no other express warranties beyond the terms of this limited warranty.

All returns must be processed through our returns portal within 30 days of the original purchase. Once approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be provided. All returns must be dropped off at a UPS drop-off point. If you do not have access to a UPS drop-off point, you will be responsible for paying return shipping.

We have 2 of the Big Water 2 pc in 8 with Penn, ', LOVE THEM!
We have 2 of the 7' , 1 pc with Penn, LOVE THEM!
Just ordered the Big Water 2 pc in 10' with Penn ..
These are Fantastic systems, We're new to Saltwater, Live about an hour from Charleston SC and these are Great Buys.
2 Carbon Inshore are still on the list also.
Ugly Stik is a Fantastic Company to work with.
